Riga
Ozo Golf Club
This was the first 18-hole golf course in Latvia and is owned by Sandis Ozolinsh, a well-known Latvian Ice Hockey player. The Clubs name ‘Ozo’ comes from his nickname he gained while playing in the NHL. Located in Riga, the capital of Latvia and only a 10-minute drive from downtown. The course has a total distance of 6,400 meters from the back tees and can surprise everyone with its variety. Denver Colorado, USA based designer Rob Swedberg has managed to implement the accents of his native Rocky Mountains, widely adapted the banks of the nearby Lake Kisezers as we as forming 16 ponds and 50 bunkers. Additionally, the Club includes a driving range, chipping and putting greens to allow practice before and after your round of golf.
Jurmala Golf
This brand-new Nicklaus Design golf course, located between Riga and the town of Jurmala, opened in late 2018. This spectacular golf course is an interesting proposition for all levels of golfer and, also features a 9-hole Par 3 Academy course. With views across the surrounding landscape and water features across the course it is seen as one the premier golfing destinations in the Baltic area.
