Your golfing itinerary not only includes everyone’s bucket list venue, The Old Course, but also one of its younger brothers, the New Course (only New in name as opened in 1895!) as well as the much newer clifftop Castle Course. For your remaining 2 rounds you can pick from golf in the surrounding Fife area, where you can play over the much younger but very highly rated Dumbarnie Links, where Clive Clark has laid out a stunning design which has already hosted its first professional tour event, the 2021 Women’s Scottish Open, or, the world famous Kingsbarns Golf Links, host venue to the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and once of the most highly rated links courses in the world. Finally, potentially your second host venue of The Open, the Championship Course at Carnoustie which has its reputation as the toughest course on the Open rotation. Your golfing skills will be fully tested over the links where Francesco Molinari became Champion Golfer in 2018.
